How to reformat or change physically printed version of a page? In this case it is the order overview page in the admin

I am trying to change how the order overview page found in the admin looks when it physically prints out on a printer. I have been inspecting the print preview page popup in Chrome, and I have no idea how to do it.

In the print preview, some changes I wish to make include removing the side menu, removing links, and reformatting links.
