The Problem:
Microsoft has released the November 2025 Patch Tuesday updates for Windows 11, which introduce a redesigned Start menu. The new Start menu includes a scrollable All section with category and grid views. This version does not provide an obvious way to disable or configure the scrollable All apps section.
