Firefox recently updated to version 149 and now it is missing the one-off search buttons that can be seen at the bottom here:

Instead, the search bar now has a dropdown on the left side which looks like this when collapsed:
And when expanded looks like so:
However, this is a sticky choice and will persist for the next search. I want to use a one-off behaviour because most times I search using the same engine and I do not want to reset my preference between searches. How can this be achieved?
