I have turned on the option to select windows on hover from the control panel (Ease of Access -> Ease of Access Center -> Make the mouse easier to use -> Activate a window by hovering over it with the mouse). But Windows still takes what feels like 500ms-1s to select the window after I hover over it.
How can I set the delay to zero?
