How to use equalizer, ffmpeg [closed]

I need a GUI tool for ffmpeg,

ffmpeg -i "Y:1.mp3" -loglevel debug -af highshelf=f=577:t=q:w=1:g=-3 -c:v copy "Y:2.wav"

I don’t understand the grammar，did I write it right?
