I am trying to connect RDP with AWS EC2 and every time this error occurs

This computer can’t connect to the remote computer. Try connecting again. If the problem continues, contact the owner of the remote computer or your network administrator.

I have done all the settings, enabled the remote connection from settings, allowed the remote desktop, and set my firewall, but this error is still coming everytime when I used to connect my EC2.
Can anyone help me with that
