I inherited a dell e6420 running windows 7 pro and ordinarily is just factory reset reset and that’d be it. Password is preventing what to do. Unfortunately I do have a flashdrive with 10 more gigs Ditto for a DVD ROM and these things are expensive and out of my range The struggle is real and I got bills I just need to be able to use my dang laptop so I can freaking browse the internet and watch videos can somebody help me what do I do
