i need some import statements to be arranged in a specific way and not all at the top [closed]

I was working on one project in django, i am beginner, currently working in atom IDE i need some of my import statement below some functional part, but when i save my code it automatically rearranges all the import statement at the top, kindly help me with that.

I tried to rearrange and then switch off some of the packages of atom which might be doing formatting of the code, but still didn’t worked.
