If i have cc files in my usb but not on my computer, can i get them to work in game [closed]

I have the game sims 4 on a windows stream laptop, I want to know how to make my cc work, my laptop was
too full so I bought a usb to take some space but I dont know how to get it to work now

I dont want the files on my computer, I just want them on the usb so their not taking up computer space
