Incorrect Alt-Codes – Rubin Shrestha

When I try to use alt codes with my numpad I get completely incorrect symbols from it. Holding my right “alt gr” button gives me nothing at all. When I, for example, use alt + 0198 instead of Æ, I get ◘ . I’ve tried adding a registry key, which worked for one evening, but after restarting my PC, it goes back to not working. I’ve double checked to make sure the key is still there, and it is. Any ideas what could be causing this?
