Randomly when using my windows computer the bluetooth will fail making me unable to use bluetooth until I unplug my computer from the wall, restarting the computer without unplugging does not fix the problem. When I view my devices in USBDeview I can see that every 2 seconds the device goes from connected to disconnected briefly, the device manager also refreshes every 2 seconds. The bluetooth device is a Intel® Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168. Things I’ve tried to fix it:
- Reinstalling bluetooth driver
- Installing older version of bluetooth driver
- Restarting bluetooth services
- Enabling and disabling device in device manager
- Updating my motherboard drivers
I am really curious why unplugging the computer fixes this issue temporarily.
