Is it a faulty PSU or a faulty GPT?

My 1080ti’s fans have been going ham from time to time for a while now with fans randomly fly into 4300 rpm. It looks like it’s deteriorating now since they used to spin up into 200% under load occasionally, and now it’s random.
I was able to find old posts about Gigabyte 1080ti Extreme Edition having faulty fans or temp sensors, so that is what I assumed.
The new GPU is ETA tomorrow already.

Now if you have a GPT extension in your browser and were to google something like “8 pin voltage always full” the Bot will happily inform you that it indicates that your power supply might be faulty.

So, does anything in the pic suggest that I have a problem with my CHIEFTEC GPM-1250C PSU?

No BSODs or restarts. New mobo and CPU. Probably a rather dumb question, just wondering if I had a problem with the power supply all this time.
