While trying to get some Magento (Adobe Commerce) insights I come to this webpage:

And, to my surprise, it says there are around 25% of licensed Magento instances running version 1.x.
Is that possible at all? I thought once the licence expires these merchants were forced to upgrade to 2.x. Is it possible to renew those M1 licences?
