Is it possible restore dual boot Windows 7 64 bit over Windows 7 32 bit after reinstalling Windows 7 32 bit from scratch after formatting the drive?

It has been installed Windows 7 32 bit on a partition and Windows 7 64 bit another partition as a second OP and reachable by dual boot. If windows 7 32 bit been reinstalled from scratch after formatting the drive it had been installed on, is there a way to use already installed Windows 7 64 bit also like before or should it be reinstalled?
