Is my strategy of sending a heads-up email first, then a second with attachments safer? than just sending one email, avoiding spam issues? [closed]

here’s my strategy – first, email the recipient that you are sending attachments in a separate subsequent email. but don’t attach anything to this first email.

then in the second email, attach the attachments. this way, even if recipient’s email flags the second email WITH attachments as spam, recipient shall still receive your first email without attachments, and know that he’s missing your second email WITH attachments.

is my strategy safer than sending just one email with the attachments, because if recipient’s email flags the lone email as spam, then recipient shall miss your email?
