Is the Xeon W-2140B restricted in any way, compared to the Xeon W-2145 (except for the clock frequency)?

As the title says, I’d like to know whether the Xeon W-2140B is restricted, compared to the Xeon W-2145. I know that the former runs at 3.2 GHz with a TDP of 120 W and the latter at 3.7 GHz with a TDP of 140 W. There might be differences in the turbo clocks, too.

But are there other differences besides the clocks (caches, DMI, instruction set, etc.)? According to the table on Wikipedia, there should be none, but it would be nice if somebody who is deeper in that matter could confirm.

The problem is that Intel ARK doesn’t list the W-2140B, because it is for Apple / OEM. I know that it will work flawlessly in “PC” boards like the Supermicro X11SRL-F, though, and that’s what I would put it in. I currently have a good offer for that CPU which is why I am asking.
