Is there a hub that has the right ports and enough bandwidth to support 1 x Thunderbolt 3 device + 1 x USB 3.1 Gen 2 device?

I need to connect an eGPU through T3 (at 20Gbps is fine for this) and a high speed SSD through USB 3.1 Gen 2 at 10Gbps to a hub at the same time.
My laptop has one T3 2 lane port at 20Gbps, which is how I assume I’ll connect the hub.

I’m new to this but understand the distinctions between USB 3.1 Gen 2 and T3, I just don’t know if I need a hub with an “aggregate bandwidth” of 30Gbps or higher, or if a hub like a StarTech one I found earlier labelled with an aggregate bandwidth of 20Gbps would do.

I’m looking for the cheapest possible solution, but am aware multiple T3 port hubs tend to cost a lot.
