Are there any software utilities that assist with PID management? Specifically allowing me to more easily see web pages that are resource hogs? I am finding that even with 16 GB of memory I end up pressing up against memory and CPU limits due to having many browser tabs open at one time. I know i can check the memory and cpu useage in Win Task Mngr and then cross reference the PID to the Google Chrome task manager and then determine which URLs are dragging down my performance but that is a bit of a pain. What i envision is a background app that monitors that for me and allows me to set triggers for a notification if any given tab is using more than a threshold of CPU or memory. Does any such thing already exist?
