Issue with mouses i connect to my laptop

issue started happening after updating windows. I’m assuming its a windows or driver issue, though i’m unsure how to fix it. any mouse i connect, to any port on my laptop won’t work at times, and to temporarily fix this, i have to restart my laptop, which only stops this from occuring until it randomly decideds to stop working again. I’ve tried all my USB ports, 3 different mice , some wired and some wireless, which all get this issue specifically on this laptop while working perfectly on any other devicei try them on, and i’ve tried plugging in other usb devices like chargers, which seem to work just fine. I’ve deleted the usb hub driver and mouse driver and restarted my laptop afterwards on several occasions, but as i said before, it only resolves the issue for a while, only to come back completely at random. at this point, I’m honestly not sure what to do, I’d love some help here.
