so I just installed a Kali Linux iso onto my 140gb USB with persistence and I’m up and running accept I have a similar problem. My wifi hardware never showed up, tried many things to get it to show up. So I bought a Netgear USB wifi adapter.
What are the abouts of getting my OS to recognize this adapter and use the USB adapter to connect to the internet as I’m not really aiming for anonymity. Other wise I wouldnt even connect to the internet at all via WiFi.
Also my live system is running on a brand-new Windows 11 gateway from Walmart (great laptop btw if you can figure out the BIOS settings to actually boot from a USB. The BIOS is running 2021 American Megatrends with memory integrity.)
