I wake up and boot my laptop but says installing an update and I left it STUCK at 7 Percent for over 2 hrs till I boot to safe mode after that it finally Boots up to Windows
The next day boot it up then said no audio device was installed I looked for fixes and says that I needed to open the device manager and update the sound Drivers but It was not responding FOREVER and would not close Then the next day All of a sudden my Bluetooth not working at all But still device Manager won’t open and said not responding and won’t close too
All the fixes I’ve done
-Dism commands(keeps saying no source file found even though I give)
-Try to open the device manager through the computer manager(failed)
-Done sfc command
-Try to uninstall windows update it did not show the installed update
I don’t know what to do anymore
I’m using win11
