MacOS Ventura with Opencore patcher – did the manual add for mic and camera permissions but

I was able to add the applications, CISCO WebEx and Zoom, to the Microphone and Camera permission to access using TCCPlus from another thread. The toggle button works, but the app does not recognize this. I noticed that though the toggle works, it is gray when I slide it [enter image description here][1]to the right versus blue. I also get the the pop up that the app will reset.

I have both Ventura and OpenCore patcher running the latest version on a iMac late 2011 machine.
