Magento 2.4.5 coupon works on cart page but gives error on checkout page

I am using Magento 2.4.6 p5.

When I apply the coupon code on the View Cart page, it works correctly.

But when I go to the Checkout page and apply the same coupon code there, I get this error:

Something went wrong with your request. Please try again later.

The coupon itself is valid because it works on the cart page. The issue only happens on checkout discount code section.
