Magento 2: How do I change the order of the steps at checkout

I search the forums looking for the answer and I could not find an answer. My apologies in advance if this question was previously asked.

I would like to change the order of the steps at checkout. The default configuration is Shipping information, then billing(checkbox) and Payment.

I would like to have billing form, shipping form, and payment.
