Multiple steps discount in Magento 1.9

In Magento 1.9, is there any solution to create a shopping cart rule, to add different percent discounts. For example, if the subtotal is between 100 and 199 to give a 5% discount, if the subtotal is between 200-299 to give a 10% and so on…there will be somewhere between 3 and 5 steps. Thank you!
