I am using Windows 10 and month ago my laptop started locking up. I usually turn my laptop on and then when i open chrome it freezes (noted, that there is like this ‘stuck’ sound (sometimes the sound is for a second and then everything is quiet.)), I cant move my mouse or light the CAPS LOCK. I have to manually shut the laptop down.
I downloaded HP Hardware diagnostics and it showed me everything is good, only that battery test it couldnt do for some reason.
I have reinstalled windows 10 and nothing changed.
Can my laptop still be saved? I hope someone can help me 🙂
