My ios8 won’t hard reset or reset of any kind and updates crash at beginning and never install [closed]

Somebody did something. My ios8 is under some managed service line aws Amazon managed services but doesn’t show on my phone, also analytical said it was changed to a demo phone. And it won’t hard reset or do any reset and won’t update, after downloading Athena update it shuts down the install as soon as it starts and never installs but says it Dudu under software version . They keep spying on me through this phone but I don’t know how and don’t know how to correct the inability to reset or update??? Or take off demo mode?? Also my App Store only displays OLder versions of apps like google, etc. I don’t have a computer. They somehow keep getting my passwords to my Apple ids and changing them and licking me out of iCloud for months arcs time, the Apple website for I forgot is being altered and asks me to go to other iPhone and I don’t have another iPhone and it goes into recovery over and over again
