OpenVPN Different Ping Each Time

Server(AWS Lightsail) has no problem sending ping to myself, it has low ping(40ms) and it is stable. Each time I close and open connection on OpenVPN Client, I see different ping on Command Prompt but stable. How can I fix it? It is big trouble for me.

OpenVPN Client first time connection: 53ms

2nd connection: 44ms

3rd connection: 49ms

4th connection: 51ms

5th connection: 41ms

6th connection: 53ms
