Orange dot in mac control center says google chrome is using my microphone, even though its denied permission

As you can see, google chrome is denied access to my microphone and has been restarted, but still claims to be using my microphone, I don’t even think any tabs I have open would ever be using my microphone, so I’m very unsure why it says this, I’ve seen ways to get rid of the dot, but I’m worried about whether a site is somehow still using my mic without permission.
