Office 365 Calendar
A person is responsible for setting all client appointments for many different types of teams. We need to schedule a client with first avaliable memeber among all team types, doesnt matter which team or member but whomever is avaliable to meet with a client for 30 to 60 minutes. Aka an emergency meeting.
How would one do this without searching each team one by one?
Might it be possible to create an automated process to find a free time slot given a specific criteria?
