Pc turning on issues

My pc turned off while playing games so obviously it got hot,but when I try to turn it back on it only gives out power for second(I know this because the RGB strips flash)the power light is on on the motherboard showing it has power(before pressing the power button),left it for multiple weeks but still the same thing.please help
