Delegate complex tasks to multiple software engineers. Track deliverables relative to approved schedule. Assist software engineers as necessary to ensure production and quality objectives along with critical milestones are met. Help ensure product quality through proper adherance of guidelines, procedures, and rules for accountability. Inform management of any training needs and assist with the training. Ensure coding standards, and development process are in line with team objectives. Implement understanding of cost-benefit compromises involved in software development in order to evaluate and prioritize tasks based on severity, urgency, effect on customer productivity, and market positioning.
Skills
– Excellent in PHP, JavaScript, HTML and MySQL.
– Understanding of MVC design patterns and frameworks
– Front-end development including jQuery
– Understanding of Ajax
– Experience of the full software development lifecycle.
– Hands-on any PHP based framework like Symfony or Zend.
– Good to have Object Oriented Programming Skills ( PHP5 ).
– Must write efficient code with documentation.
– Can read code written by others.
– Has experience debugging code.
– Must be a team player, posses a good attitude and be self-disciplined
