Popup modal when customer comes to page Magento 2

Can I create a popup modal for every page unless the customer clicked close.
I have been looking at few examples but didn’t help. I wanted to put all the content in block cms block. But I wasn’t able to get pop up to load. Can anyone help me or guide me
