Porto not generating style in Magento 2.4.3-p1

I am using Porto in Magento 2.4.3-p1 but the design of it is not right on any of the demos. It looks like css files are not being generated.

I have applied the patch and ran all of the commands, also cleared static, cleared css and js, cleared images, cleared cache but nothing is changing.
