My CTRL? key is having ghost keys when pressing CTRL. Every time when i press CTRL the security key(the CTRL+ALT+DEL) interface will prompt. Testing the keyboard, I found this whole line is pressed:

Is there a way to fix it? I didn’t turn on any sticky key function nor any hotkeys.
Edit: After thousand times of restarting, the problem is partly fixed yet the ALT is also entered when pressing CTRL
