Recovering overwritten calender appointment (MS Outlook)

I accidently over wrote the title of my own MS Outlook calendar meeting.
Which I use to manage my task/schedule and hit enter (on the weekly view)

Is there anyway to restore the previous version of the meeting invite?
That has only myself as an attendee
