remove html in magento2 – Unique constraint violation found

I would deactivate the html suffix (Stores-> Configuration-> Catalog-> Catalog->
Search Engine Optimization) in product and katalog.

When I press the save button I will get the following error:
Unique constraint violation found

Hope someone can help me there why I will get this error and why I cannot deactivate the html suffix.
