Reusing a hard disk with bad sectors [closed]

About two years ago, my younger brother banged the laptop in rage while he was playing a game. The laptop suddenly powered off. When restarted, it was a hanging mess. I reinstalled Windows, and within a few hours, some system files went missing and Windows was unusable again.

I checked, and found there are 300 bad sectors on the hard drive. Here is the thread from Microsoft Community where I asked for any solutions.

The laptop I used at that time was pretty old, so I abandoned it and bought a fresh new laptop. It’s been two years since then. Lately I have been in need of some storage media. And I wanted to ask if I can reuse the same hard drive.

The hard drive would have chances of data corruption, but is there a way to create a partition that only has healthy sectors, and use it to store data?

Note: There are so bad many bad sectors, that the hard drive has stopped replacing them with good ones.
