Send interrupt using ctrl+shift+c instead of ctrl+c

I have the “use ctrl+c/v to copy/paste” option enabled, but this leaves copy and send interrupt bound to the same key/only distinguished by context. Is there a way to have send interrupt be ctrl+shift+c instead? (I could have sworn it used to work this way, and search results are all about the other half of that keybind, ie changing copy to not be ctrl+shift+c.)
