I suddenly discovered that I see different context menu in diferent Telegram groups. In one group (where I am an admin but not an owner) I can click a message and, in the menu, “Copy Link”. But in another one (which I created) this menu option is not available. There are also other differences:

I thought the difference could be that, perhaps, the first group is public. So I tried making my group public as well. It added the Translate option. But I still do not get the Copy Link option. What could be the reason?
