Sound goes mute after tv Screen turn off

I have a problem with my pc and its make me crazy:
My pc specification :
Core i5 6gen
Ram 8 ddr4
Gtx 750 ti
Iam connecting my pc to led hdtv by using hdmi.
My program is when i play a game first the sound work normaly but when turn off the power from the power socket And turn it back the sound of the game muted, the only sloution is close the game and do sound troubleshooting after the scan finish i hit cancel after that i run the and the sound Working. Also some games the sound work but the game minimized to desktop. I hope someone give a solution
