I am very new to this any help would be appreciated. I want to setup radio communications for my family to communicate in an emergency.
My idea is to buy a duplex repeater and two way radios (analog or digital?). Can anyone give a good one to buy? I have experiencing setting up router & switches so I think I can mange to configure it. My furthest family members is 16 miles so any range around that is good.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Any good sources of information would be great.
