I have been using cockpit for ages now to manage my instances/servers for a single panel and it worked perfectly until I had to scale it a lot. Right now, I have 4 cockpit installations acting as masters managing over 70 servers but this task has become somewhat problematic as cockpit hangs up a lot after an installation gets more than 10 servers added and it’s limit is 20 servers.
I am looking for alternatives of the Cockpit project. Here is what I’ve been looking for:
- Open Source
- Terminal Access (I just want htop)
- Monitoring System as well (Cockpit does not have any monitoring features)
- Able to manage 100+ servers over SSH
Could anybody point me in the right direction?
