Syncing with outlook and gmail [closed]

I use Keepass and Dropbox on my computer and phone. The accounts were set up with gmail account. I recently updated the keepass file on my computer. Sync was pending. When I look in the properties, I noticed the system admin is an outlook email address that I don’t use. The sync did not happen and what I changed on the computer did not go to my phone. I only use gmail address. Dropbox is under my gmail address. How do I rectify this so syncing works again?
