Table Rates Shipping – UAE States Code issue

I am adding Custom shipping rates according to state of UAE in Table rates shipping method. But getting an error because region or state is incorrect.

anyone have idea which is correct region/state code for UAE states (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al-Khaimah & Umm Al Quwain)
