I would like Telegram Desktop to automatically and immediatelly save (to local storage) multimedia as soon as it arrives.
Is it possible to do this?
Further data:
- Answers that requires less intervention will be preferred. No actions at all would be perfect.
- Answers for any operating system allowed. Desktop version preferred. Mobile versions allowed.
- Saving to local storage preferred. Saving to cloud allowed.
- Bots allowed (I have not been able to find anyone that works).
- External tools allowed (i.e: AutoHotKey), but some details about the process are encouraged.
