Terrible trend in a the UK job market – rant

I dont know if anyone has noticed in the UK job market, but quality of PHP developer jobs has been steadly declining. Here are some trends ive noticed and really make it hard for me to find a new job.

A) this whole “fullstack developer” bullshit, if anyone has noticed these job postings, They will make a posting for fullstack php developer, and post requirement like this and this example is only for a PHP developer!!! These requirements are fucking absurd, they arent hiring a PHP developer they are hiring a full developer studio child wonder.

B) Posting no salary estimate or posting “Competitive salary”. This is a waste of mine and the companies who recruiting time. This is basically How little can they pay someone only to find out they cant afford or refuse to pay a livable salary. I received and offer to work for a company in london, since I dont live in london I would need to relocate, I did a phone interview and they sent me an offer. £21k to live in london, no fucking way. I asked for higher and they flat out refused anything above £21k (This was again one of those “fullstack developer” jobs btw but it was only PHP and some frontend stuff, a basic PHP job)

C) Posting WAY too little infomation about the job or sending emails with basically the job title and some crazy high salary they have no intention to pay. This doesnt happen as much, but it does and I am addressing it here, treat jobs like those who are applying treat them, sell it, You wouldnt accept someone applying with a CV with 2 lines basically saying “I am PHP developer pay me £50k” SO DONT OFFER JOBS LIKE THAT!!! Happened to me, i received an email from some recruiter which was basically “PHP developer paying £50k want do you job?” I went on a rant at the guy about how I would make an effort to apply for a job and would expect the same sort of effort put in to get me to apply for a job, there is nothing less shady then what he did. Anyway the next day I got called into my managers office, the fucking guy called my boss and complained about me. I showed my boss the email and explained how it is basically an insult to me trying to offer a job like that. My boss understood and day went on as normal.

There are alot more examples but these are the main ones really pissing me off with the job market atm, is there anything we can do to change this, I dont know.
