Text won’t span width of column in PPT table

I added a table in PPT. In some columns, the text flows the width of the column. In other columns, the text won’t go beyond about the halfway point. I’ve looked for tabs that could be stopping it – tried to see if there was something like a buffer on the right edge of the column. I’ve tried many things but can’t figure out what’s stopping the text and making it wrap in three of five columns. The problem does not occur in the first two left hand columns.
