Thunderbird config to wrap long lines in the composing View window but not in the final sended plain text message

This question is similar enough to this one, but no one address a config for truncate / wrap in the View, in the editor, but that the final outcome message is not wrapped. The answer from Freeman archives exactly the opposite.
